Eyes in the BrickPhotography, Digital Imaging and Manipulation has become an integral part of my web design and personal area of interest.

I am adept at using Adobe Photoshop, Macromedia Fireworks, and many other digital image software programs.

My equipment consists of a Canon S-45 4.1 Megapixel Digital Camera,  and a Kodak DC 4800 3.1 MP Digital Camera.  I also utilize a Canon A-1 35 mm SLR Camera and a Canon Elph APS Camera.

This area is meant to display my images for both professional and personal purposes.  It will be constantly evolving and changing, so feel free to come back. Please keep in mind that the pictures have been reduced in size and quality for quicker display on the web.  Feel free to contact me directly if you would like to utilize or purchase the rights to any of the original pictures, or request my services for your photography needs.

Rocky Point Sunset

Puerto Penasco, Mexico. This is near the northern tip the Gulf of California. 2003.

Bellagio Fountain Rising to the Music

You have to imagine the tune for yourself, but this image was captured from the top floor of the Alladin Hotel in January 2003.

Blooming Cactus

This little guy had a prodigious bounty. This spring has easily outdistanced last spring for desert beauty and greenery. 2003.

Buzzard Below

This Buzzard (or Vulture - it has a bright red head) scans the shoreline near the bottom of the Roosevelt Dam. 2003

All Clouds Lead to Four Peaks

This picture was submitted in a McDowell Mountain Preservation Commission photo contest. It was taken from the preserve looking out over Fountain Hills. 2003.

Fountain at Dusk

The fading sunlight makes for a final silhouette of the Fountain Hills landmark, while still allowing the spray of the water to be captured. 2002.

Fish Creek in Shadows

The high walls of this canyon near Tortilla Flat, Arizona make for great contrast. 2003.

Galvanized Corridor

Light plays off of the steel, while the horizontal lines lead deep into the darkness of the hallway. 2001.

Twisted Saguaro in a Field

The wet winter made for a prosperous spring in the desert. This saguaro almost looks like it is in a midwest wheat field. The McDowell Mountains are the backdrop. 2003.

Mexican Sea Gull

I actually intended to capture this fellow with my camera. It can be hard to tell with a digital camera whether you need to keep panning. 2003.

Cactus Bloom in the McDowell Mountain Preserve

Submitted in the McDowell Mountain Preservation Commision April Photo Contest. 2003.

Mexican Shore Bird

A Rocky Point inhabitant who likes to linger near the Fish Market. He blends into the rock, but that is also some of his appeal. 2003.

Palm Frond

I ventured all the way out to my mailbox with my new camera and decided to test the macro functionality of the camera. I liked the results. 2003.

March of the Saguaros

This hill appears to be under siege. 2003.

Pinnacle Peak Rescue

This was the efforts of Maricopa County emergency workers to rescue hikers climbing Pinnacle Peak in Scottsdale. The lead rescuers are on a small perch with a climber who had broken her leg. 2003.

Purple Flower

Another cropped image reflecting just the "veins" of this bloom. 2003.

Stone Landscaping

I was intrigued by the stones in a neighborhood yard. This angle reflects top of a stack flowing into the expanse of the yard. 2003.

Mexican Sea Bird

This fellow happened to cruise across a shot of the Rocky Point Shoreline just as I was about to snap. I tried to follow his movement, and got this. This image is highly cropped to reflect only the bird. 2003.

Saguaro on the Hill

I love the contrast of the silhouette against the hill. My prep? Slowing down from 80 mph to 60 mph on the way back from Las Vegas. 2003.

Sedona Spires

This picture was taken at one of the famous vortex' in Sedona. The image is from a photo developer's CD, so the quality is only so so. 2002

Buzzard or Vulture over Lake Roosevelt

This picture was taken with full zoom above the Dam at Lake Roosevelt in Arizona. 2003.

Up the Saguaro

This is a one of my favorite angles of Saguaro's: Straight up into the Blue Sky. 2003
